Well, it's finally here and gone. Matt's last Winter Concert was last night. It was fantastic. It's gotten better each year. When that Marching Band came in through the audience playing the normal beginning routine , it had everyone moving and clapping. There is no way you can hear a that band and not move with the music. It was such a special concert in many ways. They , of course, ended the concert with our all time favorite Sleighride. (wooden block and all) They also had the seniors handle the cake auction bidding. Oh my goodness, it was hysterial. We laughed ourselves silly. They made a nice amount for the Band, which was great. And , finally, Mr. Sharkface (Sharkey to the kids) himself gave recognition and thanked Donna and Greg for their tremendous work coordinating e verything and everyone. Without her organization and talent in the kitchen, those cakes would never have happened., She deserved ever accolade he was willing to give to her.
Next big performance will be Hannah's Concert on Tuesday evening. Looking forward to that alot.
Tomorrow is the big decorating day and Gary's. Yea.... We are all so excited. He cut the tree down today and put it up. All we have to do is come and decorate. My kind of job. Tomorrow can't come soon enough.
