Well, the day has finally arrived and Gary & I couldn't be more excited(NOT). We get to have a young (8 years) carpet stretched. Did we pick out some good stuff when building this house or what. It has been rippling for a while now, but didn't think much of it. But it's starting to stray into the family room and dining room. (not good) So a stretching it will have. Then maybe we can finally get the thing cleaned. If I had a real vote, I'd go for taking it up and putting down all hardwood. But then, that is if I had a real vote. Oh well, maybe someday. From what I've heard it's not too bad, but I reserve my opinion on that until tomorrow.
Spoke with the travelers yesterday. They are having an awesome time in Michigan with Greg's family. The puppies are so enjoying it. Donna sounded so relaxed when I spoke with her. Thank heavens, she definitely needs to have some down time, and so does Greg. This is just what the doctor ordered.
They'll be home in time for Hannah's recital this weekend. Can't wait to see our girl "hip hoppin" on stage. Hopefully, I'll get some good pictures to post.
