New Project for Grandma
School's about to start. That means the Marching Band and Color Guard are busy fine tuning the stuff for the competitions. Cannot wait for them to start. I have a special project I'm working on for the Color Guard. Yea. Get to play with my new sewing machine. Just a few seams in their streamers that they attach to their poles during their routine. Don't care. Love doing it for the kids. This Wednesday is our annual Mom and Daughter day. The kids first day at school and our day out. Cannot wait. Got to put into plans the design for our Advent by Candlelight table decor. This year is "Artsy Fartsy" (not my term, Donna's). I think it's nurse talk for being creative. A beautiful morning for sitting on the deck. The high is only going to be 80's. Yea.

Wow, sounds like your school is already going strong. Ours just started today. It is a big thing here in Joplin, since the high school is in modular trailers, the middle school is at the Mall, and not really sure where the Elementary that got wiped out went. Maybe spread around the other 3 schools. Oh well, enjoy your 80's we are already at 96 at 10 am.
