She's All Grown Up!

 Yesterday I had one of those special "Kodak moments" with my grandaughter, Mandi.  She's getting "all grown up" .  I went with her and her mom to shop for Prom Dresses.  She looked so sweet, so grown up, and so mature,  it brought tears to my eyes.  Everytime she walked out in another dress, she made me smile at how terrific she's growing up to be.  It was so much fun listening to her chatter (that's what I call it when you just have to listen, because she doesn't really give you a chance to respond to what she's saying. LOL) about what's going on .  I was lucky to go with her to select homecoming dresses last Fall.  But this was even more special.  It's her very first formal dance.  I'm so excited for her.  One of the best things, too, is I have our Hannah coming up right behind Mandi.  That means more fun times shopping with two of my favorite girls.  Just love being a grandma.
